I feel as though I'm having the unique opportunity of a single child at home right now while the twins are off playing with their Uncle Andy this afternoon. Camryn is such a delight. I really enjoy being with her and getting to know her one on one. Today we went to the Milk Pail together in Palo Alto, JoAnns, and Safeway. She's just so much fun to be with. She loves sitting in the shopping cart and swinging her legs. She also loved roaming around in Joann's and looking at all the cool fabrics, and she only started getting a little antsy and wiggly at the supermarket; wanting me to hold her and stand up half the time. Still, no crying. This is just so different than my first experience with the twins.
We came home to unload the groceries and she played and explored throughout the house like she usually does. She's a great self-entertainer. It was only until a few hours later did she get very cranky and was ready to go down for another nap. I tried giving her a sippy cup with whole milk but she still won't go for that since we never used bottles (for calming her down even). So, I'm still nursing as my last resort. It's nice to still have my baby though. I didn't nurse her the past 2 days so I'm always surprised that there's anything there for her. I guess we'll just keep going like this until she's fully ready to stop..hopefully sooner rather than later.

Her favorite place to just sit and think, relax, or play, or read a book.
